**Senior Technical Engineer - Protective Coatings**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert technical consultation on coating applications, corrosion control, and surface preparation
- Lead product training for global managers, distributors, and end users
- Conduct quarterly field visits to domestic and international industrial sites
- Develop technical documentation and application guidelines
**Required Qualifications:**
- Engineering degree (Corrosion, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical)
- 5-10 years of industrial coating/corrosion field experience
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Valid passport and ability to travel quarterly
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- NACE certification
- Industrial maintenance engineering experience
- Experience training technical teams
